The technique uses five basic strokes, all flowing toward the heart, to manipulate the soft tissues of the body. Myofascial Release – Myofacial release focuses on reducing pain by easing the tension and tightness in the trigger points. Your therapist will gently message the Myofacia and feel for stiff or tightened areas. Once the areas are located, the therapist will begin to massage with light manual pressure aiding the tissue and supportive sheath in releasing pressure and tightness. This process is repeated until the tension is fully released. This massage can help clients with chronic headaches, fibromyalgia, chronic Myofascial pain, help with flexibility and function following an injury, or ongoing back, shoulder, hip, or any pain related to soft tissue.
Deep Tissue and Trigger Point Therapy – A perfect choice for sports enthusiasts as well as for people who suffer chronic muscle tension. This treatment helps to neutralize the lactic acid that blocks muscle fibers, increases flexibility, and reinstates the normal toning of the body while releasing deep tension that has been stored in the muscle. Your therapist will use deep finger pressure on body areas suffering from chronic muscle tension or areas that ache or feel contracted. Deep tissue can work well in combination with traditional Swedish Therapy for sore shoulders or a stiff neck.

The goal is to help relieve the pain and dysfunction by understanding and alleviating the underlying cause. Neuromuscular Therapy is used to locate and release spasms and hyper contraction in the tissue, eliminate trigger points that cause referred pain, rebuild the strength of injured tissue, assist venous and lymphatic flow, and restore postural alignment, proper biomechanics, and flexibility of tissues.
Reflexology – This is an ancient Chinese art of healing and well being that connects and balances the body’s energy channels. In this non-medicinal session of reflexology, the therapist will activate the reflex points on your feet and/or hands to deeply relax the tension throughout the entire body and help stimulate self healing.

Reiki – Reiki, meaning sacred life force, is a hands-on energy healing art. The Reiki healer is trained to access and serve as a channel for the life force (Chi). They will place their hands on or just above your body in order to activate healing energy within receptive points on the body. The healer’s hands will move progressively with a passive touch through 12 positions on the body, remaining in each position for 3-5 minutes. As a harmonic flow of energy is strengthened, within you and the therapist, healing occurs through the return of physical, mental, and spiritual balance. Reiki is excellent for those with anxiety and mood disorders, fibromyalgia, and gaining favor with cancer patients. Reiki works at the deepest levels of the body and is extremely relaxing.
Heated Stone Massage – A soothing and relaxing full body massage that uses smooth, heated volcanic stones or gemstones. These stones are well known for their heat retaining abilities and their energy conduction. This balancing treatment starts with a consultation to find out what your emotional and physical needs are. You will be given a choice of oils so that you can choose the best one for you. The oil may be added to your massage oil or placed in a diffuser to aid in your treatment experience.
Sports Massage – Sports massage is designed to enhance athletic performance and recovery. This massage is geared toward participants in athletics. It is used to help prevent injuries, to prepare the body for athletic activity and maintain it in optimal condition, ant to help athletes recover from workouts and injuries. A good sports massage can care for the wear-and-tear and minor injuries that naturally occur with strenuous movement. The benefits of the massage is an ideal complement to a total conditioning program.
